  • Community service information is not collected or stored on our website.

  • Donor comments are posted on the website as Anonymous.

  • We will never post anything to a user’s Facebook profile without permission nor access their friends list.

 

To protect the privacy of our clients, we have security measures in place to protect personal information that is collected. Our secure network can only be accessed by a limited number of staff members, and access is based on levels of job descriptions. Passwords must be used to access our network server, and offsite access is restricted without a VPN. Clients are discouraged from sending personal information online, and Your Harvest House never requests that they send information electronically. We enter client information into online PantrySoft software which is a secure site, and we have no reason to transfer it.

 

CAN-SPAM: Emails from Your Harvest House will clearly identify the sender, how to contact the sender, and how to remove oneself from the email list. This is the Unsubscribe/Choice/Opt-Out option located at the bottom of the email which can be used to update user information or to unsubscribe from further communication with Your Harvest House. A user may also make changes to his user information by emailing harvest@yourharvesthouse.org.

 

Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason without notice.
