Our secure network can only be accessed by a limited number of staff members, and access is based on levels of job descriptions. Passwords must be used to access our network server, and offsite access is restricted without a VPN. Clients are discouraged from sending personal information online, and Your Harvest House never requests that they send information electronically. We enter client information into online PantrySoft software which is a secure site, and we have no reason to transfer it.

 

CAN-SPAM: Emails from Your Harvest House will clearly identify the sender, how to contact the sender, and how to remove oneself from the email list. This is the Unsubscribe/Choice/Opt-Out option located at the bottom of the email which can be used to update user information or to unsubscribe from further communication with Your Harvest House.
